For technology & integration partners

Connect your technology
to the context people need.

Your product may capture a useful part of someone’s experience or an organization’s work. Let’s explore how that information could become more useful alongside other evidence and human context.

Make the first collaboration concrete.

Start with a specific client, program, technical question, or research contribution. We agree what each side brings, the available support, a useful output, and how the work is funded before proceeding.

A bounded technical test can establish feasibility. New platform work needs technical review and funded scope. We identify component ownership, maintenance, permitted reuse, and client handover before committing to deployment.

A shared foundation. Your contribution.

We welcome conversations with software teams, credential issuers, assessment providers, systems integrators, and implementation specialists. Start with the user’s task and the information they need to complete it.

Where our work could meet.

Credentials & evidence

Explore how selected learning, assessment, or work records could be received, interpreted, and presented with their source context.

Organizational systems

Identify useful context from HR, learning, recruiting, project, or customer systems, with a defined purpose and appropriate access.

Complementary tools

Connect a specialist capability to a broader workflow without rebuilding what each product already does well.

Implementation expertise

Help scope, build, test, or support an agreed connection for a particular customer or program.

Begin with one exchange.

1. Define the user’s task

Name who needs the information, why they need it, and what they should be able to do with it.

2. Map the connection

Agree on records, identity matching, permissions, interfaces, provenance, and handling of corrections or status changes.

3. Test and review

Use synthetic or authorized sample data. Check the agreed behavior before deciding whether to proceed to production.

An example: assessment evidence that travels.

Imagine an assessment provider producing evidence of how a learner approached a task. A first test could examine how selected results are received and displayed in TalentPass, with enough context to explain what was assessed and by whom.

A later use case could explore how a person shares that evidence for a particular learning or work opportunity. We would separately test each step, including supported formats, verification behavior, permissions, and what the receiving party can actually interpret.

This is an illustrative collaboration. It does not imply an existing integration or universal compatibility.

Agree on more than the connection.

Technical ownership

Identify who maintains each interface, manages changes, investigates failures, and supports users.

Information boundaries

Define permitted data, purpose, access, retention, and deletion. A partnership alone grants no access to customer or participant information.

Commercial responsibilities

Scope development fees, software use, hosting or usage costs, support, and any agreed resale or referral arrangement.

A test can be small and still be useful.

We can start with a sample exchange or compatibility question before committing to a broader integration. Passing one test does not establish production readiness. Security, customer approval, support, and release responsibilities are agreed before deployment.

Partners retain their existing technology. Rights to new components and any reuse across customers belong in the agreed scope.

Questions about partnering

Is there a public partner API or integration marketplace?

This page invites scoped collaboration. Available interfaces and access are reviewed for the proposed use case; a public marketplace or universal API is not promised.

Can you connect to our existing system?

We need to review its interfaces, permissions, data, and the intended workflow before confirming feasibility or effort.

Can a technical test use real participant records?

Start with synthetic data where possible. Real records require authorization and agreed data-handling arrangements.

Can we jointly respond to a customer opportunity?

Yes. Bring the requirements so we can establish feasibility, responsibilities, pricing, and the claims each party can support.

Ideas and resources to explore

Start with these resources and bring the questions they raise to our conversation.

The Human Intelligence Layer

Understand the role of contextual information across the model.

Current development status

Review available capabilities before scoping a connection.

Building together, with a clear scope.

We’re building this with early collaborators. Available capabilities, configuration, integrations, and support are confirmed for each engagement. The configurations described here include development directions.

What useful connection could we test?
