Gobekli is working closely with early adopters and field test partners to fine-tune our 2025 pricing model. The insights we gather from our pilot programs will help ensure that the final version aligns with the needs of all stakeholders—whether educational institutions, employers, or government workforce boards.

While the complete pricing framework will be announced in July 2025, we are inviting interested organizations to become advisors or launch partners. These partners will help shape the future of our Learning and Employment Record (LER) ecosystem through feedback and collaboration.

That’s where Gobekli’s LER Ally Partnership Program comes in—a collaborative alliance for forward-thinking organizations. This program offers a flexible way to explore LER technology, engage with other early adopters, and help shape your own credentialing strategies. Through expert consulting, workshops, and access to exclusive events and updates, your organization becomes part of a coalition that’s building the foundation for the future of education and workforce alignment—all while helping support the development of open, interoperable LER tools like TalentPass and TalentSync.

We expect the future pricing model to reflect modular tiers and integrations designed for flexibility and scalability. Below are examples of what these tiers might look like. Please note that these are provisional outlines and subject to change based on partner feedback.

Examples of Potential Pricing Tiers

  1. Small Teams / Micro-Organizations

    • Free up to 5 user profiles; $10/month per additional profile
    • Access to core features like credential claiming and surveys
  2. Growing Organizations

    • $499/month or $4,999/year
    • Includes 200 profiles + optional analytics dashboard integration ($8/user)
  3. Enterprise Organizations

    • $19,999/year
    • Up to 2,000 profiles + advanced reporting, API integrations, and HRIS sync
  4. Custom Integrations for Large Institutions

    • API customizations and SaaS upgrades: $15–$20 per user/month
    • Optional consulting packages available

Launch partners who join the pilot will receive discounts on SaaS pricing, with opportunities for further savings through integration sponsorships. Examples:

  • Basic Integration Sponsorship: $10,000 + 10% lifetime SaaS discount
  • Advanced Integration Sponsorship: $20,000 + 20% lifetime SaaS discount

Partners will also have the option to co-develop integrations that align with their unique needs, giving them early access to customized features.

Joining as a launch partner offers several unique advantages:

  • Early Access to New Features: Be the first to test advanced tools like TalentSync dashboards and API syncing.
  • Direct Influence on Pricing & Product Development: Provide feedback through the product advisory board to ensure the pricing structure works for your organization.
  • Public Recognition: Launch partners will be featured in Gobekli’s PR campaigns and Experience You project presentations.

Our final pricing structure will be unveiled after the first round of field tests concludes in June 2025. All partners will have the opportunity to contribute to the model’s development and ensure it reflects their priorities.
