These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through Gobekli Inc. (“Gobekli,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via our website and online checkout process. By completing a transaction on www.gobekli.io, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all purchases, including but not limited to:

  • Gobekli Launch Packages
  • TalentSync Early Access Contributions
  • Any future Gobekli digital products, services, or subscriptions

Your use of Gobekli products and services may be subject to additional agreements, which will be provided at the time of purchase or activation.

1. Order Processing & Payment

A. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • ACH Transfers & Wire Payments (for approved enterprise-level purchases)
  • Digital Wallets & Payment Platforms (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or others as specified at checkout)
  • Other payment methods as specified at checkout

B. Payment Authorization & Processing

  • When you submit payment information, you authorize Gobekli or its third-party payment processor to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.
  • If your payment method fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. Gobekli reserves the right to cancel or suspend orders until full payment is received.

C. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are displayed in USD ($) unless otherwise stated.
  • Gobekli reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice before purchase.
  • Any applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the nature of the purchase.

D. Order Confirmation & Receipt

  • After completing a transaction, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact questions@gobekli.io.

2. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

A. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific product’s terms.

  • Launch Packages & Early Access Contributions: Contributions and launch packages are non-refundable, as they are tied to research, product development, and early adopter benefits.
  • Subscription Services: Future subscription purchases may have their own refund policies, which will be detailed at the time of sale.
  • Exceptions: Gobekli may offer refunds in extreme circumstances where a purchased service is never delivered due to circumstances within Gobekli’s control. Any refunds granted are at Gobekli’s sole discretion.

B. Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if no services have been rendered.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted.

C. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting Gobekli Support first may result in account suspension and restriction from future purchases.
  • If you dispute a charge, Gobekli reserves the right to challenge the chargeback and provide evidence that the transaction was authorized.

3. Digital Products & Service Limitations

A. No Guarantee of Availability

  • Gobekli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any digital product or service at any time without liability.
  • Some products, such as early access programs, may be time-limited and subject to expiration.

B. Limited License for Digital Products

  • Any software, reports, or downloadable content provided by Gobekli is licensed, not sold.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell Gobekli’s digital products without prior written consent.

C. Access & Expiration

  • If you purchase a product with limited-time access, it is your responsibility to utilize it within the designated timeframe. No refunds will be provided for unused services.

4. Privacy & Data Use

A. Information We Collect

  • By making a purchase, you agree to Gobekli’s Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
  • Payment information is processed securely by third-party providers and is not stored by Gobekli.

  • If you participate in Launch Packages or Early Access Contributions, Gobekli may collect aggregated and anonymized engagement data to assess platform usability and effectiveness.
  • Gobekli will not collect, store, or transfer sensitive personal data beyond user experience surveys and anonymized analytics.

C. Marketing Communications

  • By making a purchase, you consent to receive email updates, marketing offers, and product announcements from Gobekli.
  • You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

A. No Warranties

  • All Gobekli products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee that any product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

B. Limited Liability

  • Gobekli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services.
  • Gobekli’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service.

C. No Responsibility for Business Decisions

  • Any business decisions made based on Gobekli’s services or reports are at your sole discretion and risk. Gobekli is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of its products.

6. Modifications & Termination

  • Gobekli reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of Gobekli’s services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
