Gobekli Launches Beta-Testing of TalentPass with Workforce Boards

Gobekli Begins U.S. Chamber Foundation’s Experience You Phase 2 — Launching Beta-Testing of TalentPass with Workforce Boards

Quincy, MA — Today, Gobekli Inc. announces its collaboration with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation to participate in Experience You Phase 2, a national initiative designed to pilot verifiable learning and employment records (LERs) with underserved work-seeking populations. uschamberfoundation.org

As part of this engagement, Gobekli will collaborate with selected workforce development boards to support job seekers and their staff in exploring the first beta version of the company’s flagship product, the Universal Talent Passport (TalentPass). Through structured pilots, workforce board clients will use the tool to build dynamic profiles, claim credentials, and track experiences — with a focus on improving their immediate employment and networking outcomes.

“Workforce boards serve people at the cusp of new opportunity,” said Danny Done, Co-Founder of Gobekli. “Our work with the Chamber’s Experience You network ensures that TalentPass is grounded in the most basic use cases: helping people demonstrate their value, access opportunity, and connect with community support. We’re not just building for the future — we’re serving people right now.”

Key Pilot Focus Areas

  • Use-case validation: Job seekers will use TalentPass to document credentials, personal experiences, and project work — and present them for applications, networking, and referrals.
  • Board staff collaboration: Workforce board teams will advise on workflow, choice of credentials, and integration with existing systems to ensure real-world readiness.
  • Feedback-driven iteration: Pilot participants will provide real-time feedback, which will inform interface design, profile sharing flows, issuer onboarding, and mobile experience ahead of public launch.

Why This Matters

As labor markets shift faster than ever, many job seekers struggle to translate informal learning, project work, or community activity into recognized, trusted credentials. TalentPass helps make visible the value people bring — whether earned through formal education, the workforce, volunteer service, or self-directed growth. By working directly with workforce boards, Gobekli aims to deliver a tool that supports immediate opportunity and long-term growth alike.

Looking Ahead

This beta pilot marks a major milestone ahead of the full public launch of TalentPass in mid-November 2025. The insights gained through the Experience You collaboration will help shape the mobile experience, issuer ecosystem, and user agency model that Gobekli is building for millions of learners and workers.
