Creating an account takes less than a minute.

1. Open the TalentPass app or web page.

2. Tap Create Account.

3. Sign up using your email or your available login method.

4. Confirm your email (if prompted).

5. Complete the short onboarding so Pythia can set up your starting profile.

After that, you’ll land on your home screen where you can begin adding experiences (“stories”).

Your profile grows as you add real experiences from your life.

To build your profile:

1. Tap Add Story.

2. Choose something you’ve done — work, school, a project, volunteering, a skill, anything real.

3. Answer Pythia’s reflection questions (you can skip anything).

4. Add evidence if you have it (optional).

5. Save the story.

Each story enriches your profile and updates your Talent Tree. You don’t need to do everything at once — start with one or two stories and build from there.

To update your name, photo, or basic information:

1. Open Profile from the main menu.

2. Tap Edit Profile.

3. Change your photo, bio, or personal details.

4. Save your changes.

To edit stories, go to your Recent Stories list, open the story, and tap Edit Story.

Sharing your TalentPass is optional and always controlled by you.

To share:

1. Open Profile.

2. Tap Share Profile.

3. Choose whether to share the full profile or selected parts.

4. Copy the link or send it directly from the sharing options.

5. You can disable a link at any time.

No one can see your TalentPass unless you choose to share it.

You can add any credential, certificate, or achievement that matters to you.

To add a credential:

1. Tap Add Story.

2. Select Credential or Award.

3. Upload your certificate or proof (photo, file, or screenshot).

4. Answer Pythia’s questions about how you earned it.

5. Save the story.

It will automatically appear in the correct place in your Talent Tree.

Pythia guides you through a short, conversational flow to help you capture your experience clearly.

During a Pythia conversation:

• You can type freely or choose suggested options.

• You can skip any question you don’t want to answer.

• Nothing is saved until you approve it.

• At the end, you confirm whether you want the story added to your Talent Tree.

If you leave mid-conversation, you can restart from your Drafts.

Your Talent Tree shows how your experiences fit together.

To explore it:

1. Tap Talent Tree from the bottom navigation.

2. Tap any node (e.g., Skills, Roles, Identity) to see related stories.

3. Tap again to open a story or view details.

4. Swipe to zoom or move across different branches.

Each time you add a story, the Tree updates automatically.

Use the form on this page or inside the app:

1. Tap Help → Report a Problem.

2. Tell us what you were doing when the issue happened.

3. Add a screenshot if you can.

4. Submit.

During early release, user reports are reviewed daily and help us fix issues quickly.

To edit or delete a story:

1. Go to Recent Stories or your Talent Tree.

2. Open the story.

3. Tap Edit to change details, or Delete to remove it completely.

Deleted stories are removed from the Talent Tree instantly.

You can delete your account at any time.

1. Open Profile.

2. Tap Settings.

3. Choose Delete Account.

4. Enter your confirmation.

5. Your TalentPass and all associated data will be permanently removed.

This action can’t be undone, so make sure you really want to delete everything.
