Gobekli is announcing the launch of TalentPass, the world’s first Universal Talent Passport. This free tool gives anyone and everyone a personal, verifiable, AI-assisted record of their learning, work, skills, and growth.
Built on Gobekli’s Talent Tree framework for mapping every aspect of the human experience, TalentPass helps people turn life experiences into portable, structured, verifiable, and interoperable Learning and Employment Records (LERs). This intelligence is created with the help of the app’s private conversational AI, Pythia.
With TalentPass, individuals can finally own their data and carry verified achievements across schools, jobs, and systems. In turn we are enabling people to know, grow and show their talent, in order to apply it to different domains of their life.
Countries, employers, and education systems worldwide are transitioning toward skills-based hiring and learning pathways – but most people still have no way to prove their skills or show how they’ve grown beyond resumes and transcripts. A people-centered ecosystem cannot scale without people-centered apps that spark mass adoption.
TalentPass solves this with four key features:
Users can create multiple rich and insightful profiles – each tailored for a specific audience such as employers, coworkers, clients, or the public.
A universal map of human experience that powers every story in every profile, providing structure, context, and evidence.
A private assistant that helps users capture insights, wins, and stories, explore opportunities and interests, and learn from or improve their performance, behavior, alignment, or direction.

Gobekli is designed to be a two-sided platform. TalentPass creates individual talent visibility and adaptability, while TalentSync, now in development, extends the same capabilities to organizations.
Passport Pages connect the two – allowing organizations to issue credentials directly to their people and provide AI-powered resources that help them navigate internal systems. In return, organizations can request structured, consent-based data that integrates into any employer, school, membership organization, or state service running TalentSync.
In TalentSync, the result is a combined Talent Tree that powers performance and culture profiles, plus collective AI intelligence that helps organizations eliminate friction points across teams and systems at scale.
