FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Quincy, MA — This summer, Gobekli Inc. made a strong appearance at the Badge Summit @ CU Boulder (July 21-23, 2025) where it deployed an early prototype of its flagship product, the “Universal Talent Passport (TalentPass)”, as part of the conference’s Learning & Employment Records (LER) showcase. At the “LER Petting Zoo” event, Gobekli’s team created an interactive scavenger hunt experience: attendees used the TalentPass prototype to claim credentials issued by multiple conference partners, captured badge-earning experiences, and then showcased their assembled profiles at the conclusion of the event. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive around the user experience and flow, and key style-and-usability suggestions collected onsite have already been applied in accelerated development.
“We designed the scavenger hunt to be immersive and fun — but more than that, it offered real insight into how people engage with their talent portfolios when given a clear, mobile-friendly tool,” said Danny Done, Co-Founder of Gobekli. “What we learned at Boulder has sharpened our UX and informed key refinements ahead of our public launch.”
Looking ahead: Gobekli is now preparing to release the first public version of TalentPass via the App Store in mid-November 2025, building on lessons from the conference prototype and informed by the voices of early users. This version supports U.S.-based English-language users with Open Badges 3.0 and LER compatibility; future releases will broaden language, geography, and issuer-scale.
Gobekli is a mission-driven, independent company that has spent five years working in collaboration with education, workforce, and credentialing leaders — and drawing on the support of a small circle of community and partner backers. This release represents one of the earliest public manifestations of the TalentPass vision — with a roadmap of continuous user-driven refinement ahead.
TalentPass is designed to help anyone know, grow, and show their talent — not just for job applications, but for collaboration, networking, lifelong learning, project work, and personal pursuits. By making talent visible and portable, Gobekli aims to open new possibilities for individuals, employers, schools, and membership organizations alike.
