For AI & digital transformation consultants

Help AI change the work.
Help people make it work.

Your client has tools, experiments, and pressure to show results. You need to understand where the work breaks down, whose judgment matters, and what has to change before another pilot can become useful.

Bring your AI or digital transformation practice. Gobekli can work with you to scope discovery and a practical next step, while we explore how TalentSync could keep the human context behind that work connected over time.

Support your practice from the first opportunity.

The first step is an AI discovery or workshop offer around a workflow, adoption barrier, or stalled pilot. Bring your method and access to the people involved. We agree on the practical contribution each side can make before committing to delivery.

Shape an offer

Work with us on the problem, scope, participants, and outputs. Use relevant existing resources and agree any new preparation or materials needed.

Pursue suitable work

Agree joint scoping, proposal input, and relevant demonstrations. Substantial custom preparation has its own allowance or paid scope.

Deliver with support

Define facilitation, review points, available product expertise, and the people responsible. Start with work that can benefit the client on its own.

Earn through your contribution

Agree fees for delivery, setup, development, or ongoing services. Any origination compensation is separate, with a defined opportunity and earning period.

Work can come from either side.

You may bring a client, we may engage you on suitable Gobekli-originated work, or we may shape an opportunity together. A match depends on expertise, capacity, client approval, and an agreed paid assignment. We do not promise a supply of leads.

An initial conversation is not a paid membership. We begin with existing resources and bounded support. Detailed kits, substantial training, custom configuration, and engineering are developed or provided only within an agreed scope.

One opportunity. Clear contributions.

Support before, during and after delivery.

1

Shape useful work

You bring the client context and method.

Together: define a problem, offer and funded scope.

2

Deliver with support

You lead the agreed domain work.

Gobekli contributes scoped resources, preparation and product expertise.

3

Choose what follows

The client decides what needs to continue.

Possible next work: a test, configuration, review service or handover.

Earn for the contribution you take on. Delivery, origination, ongoing services and development have distinct scopes and fees.

Work may originate with either party or jointly. Each assignment depends on fit, capacity and client approval.

The demo works. The organization still has questions.

The sponsor needs a business result

Which workflow should change? What would improve? A list of AI ideas does not settle priorities, ownership, or the case for investing.

The team needs a workable change

People may be checking outputs, rescuing exceptions, or repeating work between systems. Tool usage alone does not explain whether their work improved.

You need findings that survive delivery

Interviews and assessments help you build a picture. Maintaining it across teams and changing tools can become an expensive manual exercise.

Illustrative manufacturing example

The task is visible. The judgment may not be.

A teaching example, not a deployed customer workflow.

Start with one workflow worth improving.

We help connect the intended outcome with the people, activities, decisions, and evidence involved. Your expertise guides the interpretation; the first engagement establishes a shared basis for action.

Before the pilot

Clarify the business question, sponsor, current process, affected people, and baseline. Separate missing information from assumptions about readiness.

During the change

Define human review, handoffs, required capabilities, exceptions, and support. Identify what can be tested and who can approve the next step.

After rollout

Review whether the work improved, where effort moved, and what people are learning. Use findings to adjust the process or decide whether to expand.

A first engagement: AI workflow and handoff discovery

Choose a workflow with a recurring problem, an accountable sponsor, and people who perform the work. Together, we scope interviews, a working session, and a review of relevant records.

Bring your current method, the client’s intended outcome, a recent example of the work, and the people responsible for delivery and oversight.

A shared workflow picture

Activities, decisions, human and AI contributions, handoffs, and exceptions.

A set of decisions to make

Unclear responsibilities, evidence gaps, capability needs, and changes requiring approval.

A testable next step

A proposed intervention, owner, measures, review point, and implementation dependencies.

Choose what follows from the findings.

The engagement can lead to process changes, development, or a more focused experiment. Where continuing context is valuable, we can separately scope a TalentSync configuration. A software purchase is not required to act on the findings.

Your method could shape the client’s TalentSync setup.

TalentSync is the organizational side of Gobekli’s Human Intelligence Layer: a design for connecting work context, people’s experience, capabilities, and evidence. TalentPass supports the individual side, including selected evidence people choose to carry and share.

We are exploring the following configuration capabilities with early partners. This is a proposed product direction, not a self-service configuration platform available today.

Pythia conversations

Interview guides for sponsors, frontline teams, and reviewers, with participant confirmation of the findings.

Profiles & evidence

A workflow or initiative profile linking intended outcomes, decisions, assumptions, sources, and review owners.

Talent Trees

Connect capabilities active in the work, relevant experience available elsewhere, and gaps needing attention.

Review prompts

Explore reminders for changed responsibilities, unresolved questions, and outcome reviews, with automation agreed separately.

Configuration direction

Give your framework a way to stay alive.

Your methodRecurring questions and conceptsDefine the decision and evidence needed
Proposed setupConversations, profiles and workflow templatesConnect context, capabilities and review owners
People at workContribute, correct and use the contextReview what changed and choose an action
↶ Reviewed learning improves the next question, configuration or product decision.
People need a benefit from contributing: fewer repeated explanations, useful recognition and clearer opportunities to grow.

Start with a manual test where useful. TalentSync configuration and automation capabilities are confirmed and scoped separately.

Example: faster drafting, slower approval

Illustrative scenario, not a reported customer result.

Imagine a customer-service team using AI to draft replies. Managers see faster drafting, but supervisors spend more time fixing exceptions. Your discovery finds unclear escalation rules and different interpretations of what a good response looks like.

A proposed setup would connect those decisions with review criteria, relevant experience, and participant feedback. You could help the client test a clearer handoff and compare total handling effort and quality, rather than celebrating draft speed alone.

Possible measures: total handling time, rework, exception resolution, customer-facing quality, and participant effort. Agree definitions and a baseline before making impact claims.

A useful role beyond the initial engagement.

You could help the client review changing workflows, maintain agreed configurations, and develop internal ownership. A recurring engagement earns its place through decisions and improvements it supports.

Your practice

Lead the domain work, interpret findings, facilitate decisions, and deliver the services agreed with the client.

Gobekli

Contribute framework and product expertise, agreed setup or development, and a clear account of current capabilities.

The client

Own decisions, authorize information access, participate in review, and choose how the work is maintained.

Keep your method. Agree on the work.

Bring your existing framework. We agree how it may be used and how any new materials or reusable configuration may be owned, maintained, and reused.

Each engagement names the opportunity source, customer contact, contracting and billing parties, delivery owners, included support, fees, and payment milestones. Ongoing account services have their own workload and price. A referral fee does not fund unlimited account management.

Start with one scoped engagement. We confirm the people, outcome, available functionality, manual work, dependencies, responsibilities, and fees before proceeding.

Questions before we begin.

Do we need to use Gobekli’s AI framework?

No. Bring your approach. We can map its questions and outputs to the context the client needs and agree any use of your materials.

Will TalentSync deploy or manage the client’s AI tools?

Not by default. Gobekli’s proposed role here is human and organizational context. AI deployment, technical integration, model evaluation, and controls require separately defined responsibilities.

Is this another maturity score?

The starting point is a concrete workflow and decision. A rubric can be part of your method, but its meaning, evidence, and limitations must be clear.

Can we start with a stalled pilot?

Yes. Bring the original goal, what has been tried, and where work is getting stuck. We can scope a review before assuming the answer is more technology.

The Human Intelligence Layer

Explore the proposed foundation for continuing organizational context.

Available capabilities and support are confirmed for each engagement. Review the current development status before planning a software implementation.

Build trust through the first engagement.

We review the plan and a sample output or rehearsal, then agree checkpoints for the first delivery. Any approval to work independently applies to the specific role and supported capability. Product commitments and technical escalation remain with Gobekli unless expressly allocated.

The client should be able to continue the work when an adviser steps away. Participants should understand how they benefit, what is shared, and how to review or correct their contributions. Relevant financial interests are disclosed, and advice can include a smaller scope or no software purchase.

Which client workflow needs a clearer way forward?

Bring one live challenge, the outcome your client wants, and the method you use today. Let’s identify a useful first engagement and what could follow.

No finished proposal needed. A specific situation and the question you want to answer are enough to begin.
