AI TRANSFORMATION WORKSHOP
A modular workshop system that gets to the root of whats holding your organization back, then maps a clear, bounded path forward.
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.
Required
Establish the shared evidence and decision criteria.
Choose 2-3
Select the modules that match your top transformation challenges.
Leave with a bounded evidence-backed path to move forward.
Understand the Work
Define the outcome, workflow and evidence before choosing what to fix.
(Required foundation)
Reveal unofficial AI use, undocumented processes and employee-created workarounds.
Find where AI has moved checking, correction and coordination to people.
Map fragmented tools, data, integrations, duplication and dependencies.
People, Value & Scale
Identify missing capabilities, concentrated knowledge and weak role coverage.
Diagnose the conditions causing resistance, misuse or inconsistent adoption.
Test whether AI creates value after hidden work, quality, cost and risk.
Determine whether a successful pilot is genuinely ready to scale.
Govern, Respond & Sustain
Clarify ownership, decision rights, controls and escalation boundaries.
Prioritize the right mix of redesign, training, technology and hiring.
Restore lost work, knowledge and accountability after automation falls short.
Maintain workflows, evidence, ownership and risks as AI continues changing.

We help leaders design transformations that respect how people work, build trust, and unlock the full potential of AI, together.
We start with people, process and purpose.
Decisions grounded in real work.
Build capabilities that last beyond the workshop
We identify a decision or capability worth tracking over time.
We help you get setup with Gobekli tools for ongoing visibility and alignment
Track Signals, revisit decisions, and adapt as conditions change.
You do not need to choose them alone. During the initial consultation, we identify the decision, workflow and AI transformation problems that matter most. We then recommend the modules that belong together in a focused engagement.
No. Every engagement begins with the Decision Foundation, followed by the modules most relevant to your immediate problem. Organizations can return to adjacent modules later without repeating the foundational work.
Yes. These problems are often connected. A typical one-day workshop combines the Decision Foundation with two substantial modules or up to three shorter modules centered on one bounded organizational decision.
The Decision Foundation establishes the outcome, workflow, available evidence and specific decision the workshop must support. It keeps the engagement focused and prevents the team from trying to solve every AI transformation problem at once.
Participants complete a focused intake and provide the minimum available evidence relevant to the selected modules. This may include workflow documentation, pilot results, tool lists, policies, role information or examples of where work is getting stuck. We do not expect perfect documentation.
The best group includes people who see different parts of the problem: an executive sponsor, operational leaders, AI or technology leads, workforce or learning leaders, governance partners and people who perform or manage the affected work. The exact group depends on the selected modules.
Neither in the conventional sense. The workshop examines how AI is changing real work, responsibilities, evidence, knowledge, systems and decision-making. Technology may be part of the problem, but it is considered within the broader operating environment.
No. The workshop analyzes workflows, operating conditions, evidence and organizational dependencies—not individual employee performance. Its purpose is to understand what the organization needs, not to score or rank people.
Exact outputs vary by module, but may include an Actual Workflow View, Evidence Register, Module Findings, Dependency Map, Response Portfolio and a practical 30–90-Day Action Path. Every engagement is designed to leave the team with usable internal artifacts and a better-supported decision.
Formats range from a focused three-hour working session to a configured one-day workshop. Broader problems may require multiple sessions. We recommend the format after defining the decision and reviewing the available evidence.
Yes. Workshops can be delivered virtually, in person or through a hybrid format. We configure the activities and participation model around your team and the problem being addressed.
No. The workshop stands on its own and is designed to create immediate value. If the findings reveal something your organization needs to maintain over time, a Gobekli Setup can provide optional continuity—but it is not required.
Your team can act on the findings independently, continue into another related module or explore a Gobekli Setup for ongoing visibility. The 30–90-day action path makes the recommended next steps, owners and dependencies clear.
Tell us where your AI transformation is getting stuck. In a free exploratory conversation, we’ll help you identify the decision that needs to be made, the problems surrounding it and the workshop modules that belong together.
No fixed package. No generic assessment. No obligation to purchase Gobekli software.
