Talent Data Quantification involves the potential use and licensing of STAMP (Standardized Talent Asset Mapping Protocol)- ViiSA(Variable and Interoperable Individual Self Analytics)  and PASS (Personnel Archetype Specification Standards) along side of other LER based solutions for skill tagging, creating learning or talent inventories, and the building of tools and solutions that leverage these solutions in service of individuals.
