ABOUT GOBEKLI / MARKET POSITION
Connect member expertise, contribution, and opportunity with lasting personal value.
TalentSync is designed to support member intelligence, expertise discovery, contribution review, and opportunity context. TalentPass provides a member-controlled account that can continue beyond a single association. The intelligence workspace can stand on its own while member administration stays in existing tools.
Membership spans many relationships: events, learning, volunteering, mentoring, business exchange, and professional standing. Their value is harder to see when each activity leaves a separate fragment and little useful evidence returns to the member.
Association and professional-network collaborations guide initial design. Configurable SaaS is intended to support smaller associations, chapters, and independent program leaders as well as enterprise membership organizations.
Association and community platforms already offer profiles, engagement, analytics, and integrations. Gobekli overlaps in member context and discovery. The proposed distinction is connecting reviewed contributions with personal continuity across professional relationships and systems.
AMS records, dues, events, community moderation, and formal professional standing remain with their owners. A community post is not automatically a verified credential. Recognition requires an agreed review standard and issuer; member context should not become an unrestricted cross-organization directory.
These are proposed configurations based on public product descriptions. Named providers are not presented as partners, and a listed exchange is not a claim of an available connector.
| Platform or infrastructure | Its established contribution | Proposed Gobekli contribution | Lightest useful configuration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Higher Logic | Online communities and engagement software | Connect relevant community contributions with purpose-specific member evidence | One opt-in contribution review; discussion remains in the community |
| MemberClicks | Association management software | Context around member expertise, goals, and demonstrated contribution | One member Profile exchange alongside administration |
| Nimble AMS | Association management on Salesforce | Participant-reviewed context for a selected program or opportunity | Retain membership records; add a bounded review exchange |
| Accredible | Digital badges and certificates | Connect authorized recognition with a member’s broader experience | One reviewed contribution feeding an agreed issuance process |
A member may learn, mentor, volunteer, lead, hire, seek work, advise, speak, publish, refer business, earn credentials, and shape the profession. Each exchange needs different context and permissions.
TalentPass preserves personal continuity. TalentSync helps the organization understand needs, participation, capability, opportunity, and outcomes. Passport Pages create bounded exchanges without turning the full member into one organization-controlled profile.
The goal is not simply more engagement. It is a more reciprocal relationship in which participation becomes visible, useful, and connected to lasting value.
Understand identity, affiliation, expertise, hidden capability, goals, participation, contribution, barriers, and changing professional needs with member review.
Help a member find the benefit, person, program, credential, role, opportunity, or path most relevant to their present purpose.
Connect mentoring, volunteering, committees, speaking, publishing, leadership, and peer support with evidence and recognition that can continue beyond the organization.
Use richer purpose-specific context for jobs, projects, referrals, clients, suppliers, advisory work, and member-to-member exchange.
Connect education and credentials with experience, application, continuing contribution, direction, and the member’s broader professional story.
See where benefits, communications, programs, representation, access, and opportunity are working—and where the relationship is breaking down.
| Configuration | Gobekli scope | What stays with the customer or partner |
|---|---|---|
| Primary organizational workspace | TalentSync is designed to support member intelligence, expertise discovery, contribution review, and opportunity context. TalentPass provides a member-controlled account that can continue beyond a single association. The intelligence workspace can stand on its own while member administration stays in existing tools. | Authoritative records, specialized execution, and institutional decision rights |
| Companion to an existing platform | Selected Profiles and participant review around an agreed workflow or decision | The partner’s primary product, data responsibilities, and customer experience |
| Focused Passport Page exchange | One request, evidence review, approved response, or authorized recognition flow | The broader operating workflow and any existing system of record |
Organization size does not determine the configuration. Enterprise collaboration guides design and launch; commercial off-the-shelf SaaS is the product direction for leaders and smaller teams to configure these capabilities themselves.
A professional association asks members to mentor a new cohort. Members share relevant experience and goals through Passport Pages. The program owner reviews fit and expectations. On completion, mentors and participants review contributions. The association retains program records while authorized recognition and permitted evidence can return to the member’s TalentPass.
The commercial test is whether this exchange improves a real decision or outcome enough to justify integration and review effort. A partner can retain its specialized product while testing better contextual evidence and a useful return to participants.
| Pilot question | Measure |
|---|---|
| Does the exchange help? | Time to identify suitable participating members |
| Does review change the result? | Member effort to present relevant experience |
| Is participation worth the effort? | Reviewed contributions with useful personal return |
| Does value continue after the transaction? | Program feedback used in the next cycle |
Agree a baseline, review period, named decision owner, and stop-or-expand criteria. Record corrections and disagreements, not just successful exchanges. These are proposed measures, not reported customer results.
AMS records, dues, events, community moderation, and formal professional standing remain with their owners. A community post is not automatically a verified credential. Recognition requires an agreed review standard and issuer; member context should not become an unrestricted cross-organization directory.
Define the purpose, participants, identity mapping, sources, permitted recipients, available interfaces, reviewer or issuer, retention, correction path, and the outcome returned. Product capability and implementation support must be confirmed for the selected deployment.
