ABOUT GOBEKLI / MARKET POSITION

Gobekli’s market position
in consulting and transformation delivery

The Human Intelligence Layer that helps expertise become repeatable services, continuing organizational learning, and useful returns to people.

Consultants bring judgment, methodology, and client relationships. Gobekli contributes agreed practice-building and delivery support, alongside TalentSync’s organizational workspace and TalentPass’s individual continuity. Together, these can help an engagement create value from the first decision through implementation and ongoing improvement.

A position spanning expertise, software, and delivery

Consulting firms already combine advisory work, implementation, managed services, and proprietary technology. Independent specialists bring valuable methods and client trust. Collaboration tools organize delivery, while expert networks help organizations find expertise.

Gobekli’s position is to connect that expertise with a continuing, participant-reviewed account of the organization and a useful return to the people involved. TalentSync is designed to be a primary workspace for discovery, workflow and capability review, and improvement. It can also contribute selected capabilities inside a larger engagement.

Enterprise engagements guide design and launch. The commercial off-the-shelf SaaS direction is intended to let leaders, independent consultants, and smaller teams configure repeatable work themselves. Organizational size does not dictate how much TalentSync a client needs.

What Gobekli leads, shares, and leaves with others

RolePosition
Gobekli-led workGobekli can originate and deliver scoped discovery, workshops, or product collaboration. TalentSync also has a direct organizational product path. Partners are one route to value, rather than a prerequisite for every deployment.
Shared workA consultant can lead domain interpretation and the client engagement while Gobekli contributes agreed preparation, resources, product expertise, configuration, or development. Responsibilities and fees follow the actual work.
Specialized workStrategy, professional judgment, technical execution, and client decisions remain with their assigned owners. TalentSync does not automatically replace a consulting practice, expert network, project tool, or execution platform.

The distinction is the proposed combination of organizational context, participant review, personal continuity, and reusable product architecture. We do not claim other firms lack human insight or continuing client relationships.

Give your methodology somewhere to keep working

A method becomes more useful when its questions, definitions, evidence, and review cycles remain connected to changing work. Gobekli is developing ways to configure that relationship rather than requiring every consultant to adopt one prescribed framework.

Existing methodology remains the partner’s unless otherwise agreed. These configuration capabilities are developing through scoped work; a first engagement can use manual methods and supported features while any additional engineering is identified explicitly.

Value begins before the software setup

StageWhat collaboration can contributeWhat must be scoped
Shape and pursue an offerClarify the client problem, outputs, proposal, relevant resources, and a practical first engagement.Preparation, demonstrations, new materials, and who funds substantial custom work.
Deliver with supportCombine the consultant’s expertise with agreed facilitation support, review points, and product knowledge.Delivery roles, client access, fees, outputs, and escalation responsibilities.
Carry the work forwardSupport decisions, review change, develop internal ownership, or maintain an agreed configuration.A separately priced service with workload, review points, authorization, and a handover or end path.
Improve what can be reusedTurn delivery lessons into better resources, methods, templates, or product requirements.Existing IP, jointly developed work, attribution, reuse permissions, maintenance, and development funding.

A consultant may bring a client opportunity, a methodology, or delivery expertise. Work can originate with the consultant, Gobekli, or a joint effort. Assignments depend on fit, capacity, client approval, and an agreed paid scope; participation does not guarantee leads.

Three ways to deliver with Gobekli

ConfigurationHow it worksWhy choose it
Consultant-led TalentSync workspaceThe consultant’s method shapes discovery, workflow and capability context, participant review, and improvement. The client owns its decisions and agrees how the workspace will be maintained. The engagement needs a primary organizational workspace. Applicable to a focused team or an enterprise program.
Joint engagement alongside existing systemsThe consultant and Gobekli agree delivery roles and use selected Profiles or contextual reviews around the client’s existing platforms. The client already has effective systems but needs a clearer account of human work, capability, and outcomes.
Focused contribution within a larger programOne Passport Page exchange supports a request, evidence review, response, or authorized recognition flow. Broader workflow modeling is optional. Most of the work already happens elsewhere; a small, useful contribution is enough.

A useful discovery engagement does not require a software purchase. Confirm current functionality, manual work, configuration, integrations, and development before committing to a deployment.

Different specialties. A shared foundation.

The market position stays consistent; the client problem and delivery method change. These dedicated partnership pages explain how to begin in each practice.

PracticeDecision the engagement can supportHow the context continues
AI & digital transformationWhich workflow should change, where human judgment remains, and whether AI reduces total effort.Reviewed human–agent roles, exceptions, capability needs, and outcomes.
M&A and integrationWhich knowledge, relationships, and work dependencies must be preserved or combined.Reviewed continuity risks, combined capability, and 30-, 60-, and 90-day learning cycles.
Workforce & organizational transformationHow changing strategy affects roles, responsibilities, capability, and development.Active and latent capability, gaps, and participant review as work evolves.
Education & learning transformationHow programs connect to changing learner and employer needs.Program relevance, evidence of application, and continuing learner and employer feedback.

Independent recruiters, fractional leaders, learning advisors, and systems integrators may contribute relevant expertise to these engagements. Their scope follows the client’s decision and their assigned role.

One engagement, three beneficiaries

Illustrative manufacturing example. A consultant brings a method for improving the handoff from quoting to production. Gobekli and the consultant scope preparation and delivery. The work reveals that a senior machinist informally reviews difficult jobs, while a newer engineer has relevant experience that the estimating team does not know to use.

The first engagement leaves a reviewed workflow, clarified responsibilities, and a change to test. A proposed TalentSync setup connects the work with active capability, latent experience, evidence, and review owners. Participants can correct the account; permitted evidence of contribution can return through TalentPass. Any credential issuance needs an authorized issuer and defined evidence.

BeneficiaryThe return
The consultantA useful client deliverable, a method that can be applied again, and a possible paid follow-through role with a defined scope.
The clientA stronger basis for changing the workflow, measuring results, and maintaining internal ownership.
The people doing the workA chance to explain and correct their contribution, reveal relevant experience, and retain permitted evidence beyond this engagement.

The client may commission further review, maintain the process internally, or stop after the initial work. Continuing services earn their place through useful decisions and outcomes.

The commercial case: more useful delivery, with explicit roles

Gobekli’s proposed value to a practice is the ability to develop an offer, deliver it with agreed support, and keep the method useful through repeatable configurations and client services. The opportunity extends beyond administering software after a workshop.

Origination, preparation, delivery, development, and ongoing account services are distinct contributions. Each may have its own fees and payment milestones. A referral fee does not fund unlimited account management, and there is no universal revenue split or automatic right to renewals.

The first engagement should establish delivery readiness through a plan, sample output or rehearsal, and review checkpoints. Greater independence follows demonstrated readiness for the assigned role. Gobekli retains product commitments and technical escalation unless responsibilities are expressly allocated.

Two feedback loops can improve the work

Learning loopWhat changesPermission boundary
Within the client relationshipParticipants review evidence; owners make decisions; outcomes update the organizational account; permitted evidence returns to individuals.Access and sharing follow the specific purpose, participant permissions, and client responsibilities.
Across practice and product developmentDelivery reveals which questions, templates, configurations, and product capabilities deserve improvement or reuse.Lessons do not authorize reuse of private client data or partner IP. Distinguish client-specific work from agreed reusable resources and funded development.

This is how delivery can inform a more configurable product over time while preserving the consultant’s method and the client’s ability to continue independently.

What would prove the model is useful?

Value to testA practical measure
Offer and preparation efficiencyPreparation hours and time from a qualified opportunity to an agreed scope.
Delivery qualityTime to a client-accepted output; corrections and rework needed before use.
Client outcomesA case-specific measure such as handoff delay, total handling effort, or decision follow-through.
Participant returnWhether contributions are accurately represented, corrections are resolved, and useful permitted evidence is returned.
Repeatability and continuityEffort for a comparable subsequent engagement; whether a named internal owner can maintain the process after handover.

Agree a baseline, review period, and decision to continue, change, or stop. These are proposed measures, not reported customer results or revenue guarantees.

Clear boundaries make the partnership sustainable

Define who originates, contracts, bills, delivers, supports, and communicates with the client. Agree method ownership, reuse rights, client authorization, participant data boundaries, product dependencies, and an explicit handover or exit path.

The consultant retains professional judgment and agreed IP; the client retains decision authority; Gobekli supplies the contracted product and support contribution. Detailed commercial and onboarding discussions belong in the consultant partnership pathway.
