For education, membership & workforce networks
Learning, experience, and relationships build value over time. Work with Gobekli to explore how people can carry more of that value between programs, communities, and opportunities.
Start with a specific client, program, technical question, or research contribution. We agree what each side brings, the available support, a useful output, and how the work is funded before proceeding.
A program partner may lead an engagement it brings or be considered for suitable work we originate. Assignments depend on participant benefit, expertise, capacity, client approval, and a defined service scope. Distribution does not automatically grant account access or referral payments.
Schools, associations, chambers, workforce programs, and regional networks can help connect individual progress with the organizations that need it. A useful collaboration starts with a specific participant journey and a reason for receiving organizations to engage.
Help learners explain what they have learned and connect selected evidence with a next step in education or work.
Explore recognition of experience, relevant peer connections, and value members can carry beyond a single event or membership year.
Examine repeated intake, provider handoffs, and the connection between participant experience and employer needs.
Begin with one cohort, member group, program, or employer relationship.
Identify what people would contribute or share, who would use it, and how it helps the next step.
Track participation, usability, interpretation of records, and follow-through. Ask participants and receiving organizations what needs to change.
Imagine a workforce program helping participants describe relevant experience and select supporting learning records. A participating employer defines what it needs to understand for a particular opportunity.
The collaboration could test how people prepare and share that context, whether the employer finds it useful, and where assistance is needed. The program learns which evidence travels well and which handoffs still cause friction.
This is an illustrative use case. It does not promise hiring outcomes, universal acceptance of credentials, or a completed program integration.
Participant relationships, local context, program expertise, and connections to receiving organizations.
Product and framework expertise, agreed implementation work, and available capabilities suited to the selected use case.
Onboarding, accessibility, assisted use, support, permissions, evaluation, costs, and who is accountable for each part.
People should understand what they gain, what they are being asked to contribute, and who can see it. Participation in a partner program should not be treated as blanket permission to share personal information.
A collaboration might involve program delivery, sponsored access, institutional implementation, or a jointly scoped funding proposal. Any fees, support commitments, or alternative contributions are agreed individually. Funding and referral payments are not automatic.
No. A bounded test may begin with a smaller group, provided the necessary receiving party and decision makers are involved.
Assisted participation and accessibility should be part of the design. We agree what support is available and how individual control is maintained.
Only through a separately agreed commercial arrangement. Referrals to a free TalentPass experience do not automatically create a payment.
We can discuss an appropriate contribution to a proposal. Scope, effort, eligibility, and any costs must be agreed; funding is not guaranteed.

We’re building this with early collaborators. Available capabilities, configuration, integrations, and support are confirmed for each engagement. The configurations described here include development directions.
