For education & learning transformation consultants

Help learning changes reach
the people they are meant to serve.

Your client may be redesigning programs, introducing AI, or strengthening pathways into work. Aligning the strategy is only the beginning. Faculty, learners, advisors, and receiving organizations need a workable connection between the promise and the experience.

Bring your learning-design, education strategy, or institutional change practice. Work with Gobekli to examine one pathway or program and explore how evidence and continuing feedback could support the change.

Support your practice from the first opportunity.

The first step is a program, pathway, or evidence-alignment engagement with a defined institutional sponsor. Bring your method and access to the people involved. We agree on the practical contribution each side can make before committing to delivery.

Shape an offer

Work with us on the problem, scope, participants, and outputs. Use relevant existing resources and agree any new preparation or materials needed.

Pursue suitable work

Agree joint scoping, proposal input, and relevant demonstrations. Substantial custom preparation has its own allowance or paid scope.

Deliver with support

Define facilitation, review points, available product expertise, and the people responsible. Start with work that can benefit the client on its own.

Earn through your contribution

Agree fees for delivery, setup, development, or ongoing services. Any origination compensation is separate, with a defined opportunity and earning period.

Work can come from either side.

You may bring a client, we may engage you on suitable Gobekli-originated work, or we may shape an opportunity together. A match depends on expertise, capacity, client approval, and an agreed paid assignment. We do not promise a supply of leads.

An initial conversation is not a paid membership. We begin with existing resources and bounded support. Detailed kits, substantial training, custom configuration, and engineering are developed or provided only within an agreed scope.

The program, the learner, and the destination can drift apart.

Leaders need a defensible direction

New technology and changing demand raise questions about relevance. A program decision needs more than a list of skills or a new platform.

Learners and staff need a coherent experience

Requirements, advising, assessment, and handoffs can tell different stories. People spend effort navigating the gaps.

You need feedback that informs revision

Recommendations may sit apart from everyday evidence about what learners experience and what receiving organizations can use.

Follow one pathway from intention to use.

Choose a program, learner journey, or transition. Your method frames the educational question; we help structure the relevant goals, activities, evidence, and organizational responsibilities.

Clarify the purpose

Connect the institution’s goals with learner needs and the expectations of relevant receiving organizations.

Align the experience

Examine learning activities, assessment claims, advising, handoffs, and the support people need to participate.

Review and improve

Compare the intended pathway with participant experience and the use of its evidence. Agree what should change and who owns it.

A first engagement: learning pathway and evidence alignment

Bring one program or transition where the intended value is difficult to explain, navigate, or demonstrate. We can scope a working session and targeted discovery around it.

Bring program goals, relevant requirements and assessment examples, and perspectives from learners, educators, advisors, or receiving organizations as appropriate.

A pathway picture

Goals, activities, requirements, support, and handoffs across the selected journey.

An evidence and alignment review

What records claim, what supports those claims, and what a receiving party still needs to understand.

A revision plan

Questions to resolve, actions, responsible teams, and a way to review whether the changes help.

Choose what follows from the findings.

The work can inform program revisions, clearer guidance, or an evidence exchange test. A proposed TalentPass or TalentSync implementation is separately scoped against available capabilities.

Your method could shape the client’s TalentSync setup.

TalentSync is the organizational side of Gobekli’s Human Intelligence Layer: a design for connecting work context, people’s experience, capabilities, and evidence. TalentPass supports the individual side, including selected evidence people choose to carry and share.

We are exploring the following configuration capabilities with early partners. This is a proposed product direction, not a self-service configuration platform available today.

Pythia conversations

Structured discovery with learners, educators, advisors, and employers, using appropriate participation and review arrangements.

Pathway & program profiles

Connect goals, activities, requirements, evidence, and unresolved alignment questions.

Framework mappings

Explore how program terminology relates to learning outcomes, capabilities, and receiving-party needs.

Feedback and review

Explore update requests and review cycles when requirements, programs, or participant needs change.

Example: the credential travels, but its meaning does not

Illustrative scenario, not a reported customer result.

Imagine an institution issuing a completion credential for a work-based learning program. Employers can see that someone finished, but cannot tell what the participant actually practiced or how it was assessed.

Your engagement could examine the claims, supporting evidence, and receiving workflow. A proposed setup might help a learner present selected context through TalentPass, while the institution uses appropriately authorized feedback to improve the program. Record exchange and verification would require their own tests.

Possible measures: repeated clarification requests, pathway handoff completion, participant understanding, and receiving-party interpretation of evidence. Employment or learning impact requires an appropriate evaluation, not an assumption.

A useful role beyond the initial engagement.

You could support program review, evidence design, stakeholder coordination, and handover to institutional owners. This consultant role complements a separate program partnership with the institution or network.

Your practice

Lead the domain work, interpret findings, facilitate decisions, and deliver the services agreed with the client.

Gobekli

Contribute framework and product expertise, agreed setup or development, and a clear account of current capabilities.

The client

Own decisions, authorize information access, participate in review, and choose how the work is maintained.

Keep your method. Agree on the work.

Bring your existing framework. We agree how it may be used and how any new materials or reusable configuration may be owned, maintained, and reused.

Each engagement names the opportunity source, customer contact, contracting and billing parties, delivery owners, included support, fees, and payment milestones. Ongoing account services have their own workload and price. A referral fee does not fund unlimited account management.

Start with one scoped engagement. We confirm the people, outcome, available functionality, manual work, dependencies, responsibilities, and fees before proceeding.

Questions before we begin.

Is this page for institutions or consultants?

It is for practitioners advising learning organizations. Institutions seeking a program or distribution collaboration can explore our education, membership, and workforce network partnership page.

Do we need to replace the LMS or student system?

No replacement is assumed. Begin with the problem and information required. Any connection to existing systems needs separate technical and institutional review.

Does this validate credentials or guarantee recognition?

Recognition depends on the receiving context. Any technical verification, standards compatibility, or acceptance claim needs a defined test and supporting evidence.

Can this support an AI-related program change?

Yes, as a scoped question about learning, assessment, staff responsibilities, or workflows. Educational judgment and institutional approval remain with the appropriate people.

Resources to explore.

Education and network partnerships

For institutions and networks exploring a program together.

Workshops and project options

Explore learning and workforce starting points.

Available capabilities and support are confirmed for each engagement. Review the current development status before planning a software implementation.

Build trust through the first engagement.

We review the plan and a sample output or rehearsal, then agree checkpoints for the first delivery. Any approval to work independently applies to the specific role and supported capability. Product commitments and technical escalation remain with Gobekli unless expressly allocated.

The client should be able to continue the work when an adviser steps away. Participants should understand how they benefit, what is shared, and how to review or correct their contributions. Relevant financial interests are disclosed, and advice can include a smaller scope or no software purchase.

Which learning connection needs to work better?

Bring one program, pathway, or evidence challenge. Tell us whom it serves, what is changing, and the question your consulting work needs to answer.

No finished proposal needed. A specific situation and the question you want to answer are enough to begin.
