MARKET POSITION / AI TRANSFORMATION
The Human Intelligence Layer connecting operational work, individual context, and portable evidence.
TalentSync is designed to support enterprise AI transformation—from mapping work and redesigning human–AI responsibilities to connecting capability, participant feedback, and evidence of improvement across teams. Use it as the primary transformation workspace or configure it alongside the platforms you already use.
Our launch approach centers on collaborative enterprise design and implementation. Our product direction is configurable SaaS that leaders, teams, and consultants can adopt and build on themselves.
This page describes our market position and intended product scope. See product availability for current capabilities.
Lead transformation with TalentSync: use a primary workspace to connect workflow discovery, human–AI responsibilities, capability requirements, participant review, and continuing improvement across teams and functions. Another AI transformation platform is not a prerequisite.
Extend your existing platforms: where specialized systems already provide discovery, planning, talent intelligence, learning, or execution, configure the Gobekli capabilities that add value. This can range from a shared transformation workspace to a focused Passport Page review and recognition exchange.
Enterprise collaboration now; broader self-service by design: during design and launch, our approach centers on working with enterprise organizations and delivery partners to configure useful deployments. The goal is commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) SaaS that a leader can configure and build on directly, making the same approach accessible to smaller teams and consultants.
Organization size, deployment scope, and implementation support are separate choices. Begin with the workflow or program that matters, then select the appropriate configuration and support.
Human-centered design, skills, feedback, and context graphs are already present in this market. Gobekli’s proposed distinction is how four capabilities work together:
Personal continuity: TalentPass maintains a person-side account across relationships.
Operational context: TalentSync connects responsibilities, handoffs, evidence, capability, and outcomes.
Relational meaning: the Talent Tree connects activities and experience with broader human context; a longer skills list is not the claim.
Reciprocal exchange: Passport Pages define who contributes, who reviews, how context may be used, and what returns to the participant.
This is a product-design thesis to prove through deployment. It is not a claim that every component is unique or that competitors cannot build similar features.
Fuel50 already emphasizes skills intelligence, values, aspirations, internal opportunities, and human-centered AI. The proposed collaboration builds on those strengths.
Example: an employee joins an internal project through Fuel50. The project team uses TalentSync to clarify a changed workflow, decisions, and human–AI handoffs. On completion, a Passport Page gathers evidence and routes it to an agreed reviewer. With permission, a concise approved result can return to the talent platform and an appropriate record to the employee’s TalentPass.
Minimum version: keep the project experience in Fuel50 and use only the evidence-review exchange. A full TalentSync workflow or new set of Profiles is optional.
Value to test: does reviewed project evidence improve a development conversation or mobility decision? Measure review effort, usefulness to the next decision, and the value participants receive.
Illustrative integration proposal; no Fuel50 connector or partnership is asserted.
Improve evidence: turn a project, workflow change, or learning experience into a reviewed account that can inform the next decision.
Reduce repeated collection: test reuse of approved context across relationships with clear permissions.
Extend the participant relationship: let people receive useful evidence and development feedback from contributing.
Start with limited scope: one event, one review, one agreed return path.
Partners would still evaluate integration effort, security, identity mapping, consent changes, evidence quality, issuer responsibilities, and customer demand. The first pilot must show that the additional value exceeds this effort.
TalentSync overlaps with workflow discovery, capability assessment, participant feedback, and selected transformation planning. UiPath includes human participation; Skan describes living work context; Fuel50 includes whole-person talent context. Those are genuine areas of overlap.
Gobekli’s focus is the participant-reviewed relationship across work, individual context, and portable evidence. Specialized platforms can retain process mining, workforce scenario engines, internal marketplaces, learning delivery, and agent runtime.
Partnering is a commercial choice, not a claim that those companies cannot build these capabilities. Gobekli has to earn that choice through useful exchange, lower delivery effort, and demonstrated outcomes.

Enterprise transformation needs a useful starting scope. A transformation leader can begin with a consequential workflow or a coordinated program across teams, with defined outcomes, participants, and decision owners.
Pythia-guided participation combines what people say with the documents, records, and system signals available to the engagement. Participants review the account instead of becoming passive telemetry.
The useful question is not which platform owns every feature. It is what each system contributes—and the lightest Gobekli configuration that completes the transformation relationship.
| Platform | What it contributes | What Gobekli contributes | Lightest useful configuration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Microsoft Copilot Studio | Agent creation and connections to enterprise tools and workflows | Purpose-specific participant context, evidence review, and permitted outcome return | One request-and-response integration, with execution retained in the Microsoft environment |
| Salesforce Agentforce | Agents and actions connected to CRM work | Reviewed participant evidence and continuity beyond one CRM relationship | One evidence exchange attached to an agreed CRM event |
| Fuel50 | Skills intelligence and internal mobility informed by skills, values, aspirations, and goals | Operational evidence of contribution, participant review, and permitted continuity across relationships | Start with one project-completion evidence exchange; broader workflow configuration is optional |
| Celonis | Process data, variants, conformance, and operational performance | Reviewed explanations, practical authority, capability dependencies, and recognition | Human Intelligence companion—or a participant-review Passport Page |
| SAP Signavio | Formal process architecture, journeys, target states, and transformation governance | Participant validation, human–AI roles, capability context, and continuing feedback | Human-context service around selected formal process models |
| UiPath | Process and task discovery, automation opportunity sizing, orchestration, and runtime | Context beyond activity traces, participant authorship, authority boundaries, and portable return | Passport exchange or workflow companion; UiPath retains execution |
| Skan AI | Enterprise observation, living maps, operational context graph, and agent grounding | Person-side authorship, purpose-specific disclosure, correction, continuity, and recognition | Reciprocal participant layer; Skan retains operational observation and context |
| Soroco Scout | Digital work signals, patterns, friction, and automation opportunities | Judgment, relationships, contribution, capability, and outcomes beyond observed activity | Selected human-context requests through Passport Pages |
| WalkMe | In-app guidance, adoption analytics, workflow acceleration, and support reduction | Human reasons behind adoption, applied capability evidence, and lasting recognition | Evidence and recognition exchange around the adoption experience |
| Workhelix | Task-level AI opportunity analysis, economic prioritization, and roadmaps | Participant validation, human–AI redesign, capability transition, and outcome review | Validation exchange or TalentSync companion for selected opportunities |
| ServiceNow | Enterprise workflows, agents, automations, connectors, and runtime governance | Reviewed human context, escalation boundaries, evidence, and outcome feedback | Passport request-and-return endpoint; the partner remains the runtime |
Gobekli does not require every transformation to run inside TalentSync. A partner can use only the review, exchange, context, or recognition capability the use case needs—and expand only where that creates additional value.
| Customer or partner situation | Recommended Gobekli configuration | What remains in the existing platform |
|---|---|---|
| The platform already owns workflow discovery and execution | Passport exchange utility: request, review, issue, synchronize | Workflow model, analytics, customer experience, and runtime |
| The platform sees activity but needs human explanation | Human Intelligence companion: participant context, authority, capability, and feedback | Operational data, process model, dashboards, and recommendations |
| A consultant owns the transformation engagement | Configured TalentSync workflow: structured discovery, review, handoffs, and outcomes | Consulting method, facilitation, client relationship, and delivery |
| An enterprise, team, or consultant needs a primary transformation workspace | TalentSync-led configuration: primary workspace for mapping, responsibilities, feedback, and improvement; no other transformation platform required | Existing operational applications and systems of record |
| An enterprise is coordinating transformation across teams and functions | TalentSync-led program: connected workflows, responsibilities, capability context, and review across functions; implementation and governance are scoped with the organization | Operational systems; specialized platforms are optional additions |
| The organization needs only evidence or recognition | TalentPass + Passport Pages: bounded review and issuance | All transformation planning and execution |
| An enterprise needs cross-platform continuity | TalentSync + selected Profiles + Passport Pages | Specialized systems remain authoritative for their own functions |
Gobekli overlaps where humans help discover and redesign work. It complements systems that analyze, plan, teach, listen, or execute. It stays out of categories where specialized infrastructure should remain specialized.
A process platform identifies an escalation pattern. Participants review why difficult cases diverge. The organization redesigns responsibilities and human–AI boundaries. Specialized platforms automate, teach, guide, or support the changed work. Outcomes return to the workflow—and, where appropriate and permitted, useful evidence or recognition returns to the individual.
The systems keep doing the jobs they are built to do. Gobekli keeps the relationship learning across them.
A Passport Page can act as a bounded request-and-return surface. The partner keeps its workflow and customer experience while Gobekli handles the relevant participation, permissions, review, issuance, and portable return.
Start with one workflow where AI investment is being considered or adoption is already difficult. Establish the current state, redesign the human–AI boundary, test it, and keep the feedback loop open.
During design and launch, enterprise organizations and delivery partners can work with Gobekli to configure the engagement and integration scope. The SaaS product direction makes those capabilities increasingly accessible for leaders, smaller teams, and consultants to configure themselves.
AI transformation creates a live signal about what people need to learn next. Gobekli can connect that signal with learning, work, and portable evidence: what a changing workflow requires, how a person develops, what they demonstrate in practice, and what should return to their continuing record.
For education and workforce partners, this creates a potential bridge among career-aligned learning, employer transformation, learning and employment records (LERs), and lifelong learner value. Start by testing whether evidence from one changing workflow can improve a learning decision and return useful recognition to its participants.
