Gobekli

Helping people and organizations become more capable, together.

Gobekli is building human-centered infrastructure for the age of AI.

Our purpose is to help people understand and direct their own development, help organizations learn from the people who make them work, and connect those perspectives through trusted exchange.

We believe more powerful technology should expand people’s ability to shape their lives and institutions.

The experience is there. The understanding is often missing.

People develop capabilities through work, learning, relationships, responsibilities, and change. Yet the records used to understand them often capture only fragments: a job title, qualification, application, assessment, or completed task.

Organizations face a related problem. They have systems for tracking activity, but still struggle to understand the knowledge, judgment, coordination, and human relationships behind their results.

These gaps affect recognition, opportunity, development, and the ability to adapt.

Gobekli exists to help connect the evidence and experience needed for a clearer understanding—and to ensure that the people contributing that understanding benefit from it.

What we’re building

TalentPass by Gobekli

TalentPass: a foundation that begins with the person

TalentPass is our individual-facing product.

It is designed to help people connect work, learning, experience, evidence, and goals into a living record they can understand, develop, and use for different purposes.

The aim is to make it easier to recognize patterns in your experience, identify meaningful next steps, and communicate relevant capabilities without rebuilding your history for every opportunity.

TalentSync by Gobekli

TalentSync: a clearer understanding of the organization

TalentSync is our organizational product.

It is designed to help organizations connect information about people, responsibilities, capabilities, relationships, workflows, and outcomes.

The aim is to support a more useful understanding of how work happens, where support is needed, and how people and organizations can adapt together.

A governed connection between them

Passport Pages are designed to support permission-based relationships between people and organizations.

The purpose is to connect relevant information while maintaining clear boundaries around access, use, and responsibility.

Together, these products form Gobekli’s proposed implementation of a Human Intelligence Layer.

Our products and features are at different stages of development. See current availability.

Developed through real questions and collaborative work

Gobekli’s designs have been informed by opportunities to examine how people receive, understand, share, and use information about their learning and experience.

That work includes participation in JFF interoperability initiatives and the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Experience You project.

Our consulting and special-project collaboration with the University of Phoenix has also informed the development of our approach.

During summer 2026, work included a JFF/UOPX DoD interoperability project involving TalentPass, alongside development of TalentSync Recruiter.

These experiences help us examine the distance between a technical exchange and a useful human experience. A record may move successfully between systems while still leaving questions about its meaning, relevance, or use.

We build with those questions in view.

The people behind Gobekli

Danny Done

Danny Done

Founder & CEO

Danny leads Gobekli’s direction and product design, connecting practical organizational experience with questions about human agency, representation, and collective intelligence.

He previously built and sold a marketing agency where the internal Project Gobekli helped establish the problem this company continues to address. His background also includes student leadership and the study of Comparative History of Ideas at the University of Washington.

Kayode Ezike

Kayode Ezike

Co-founder & CTO

Kayode leads Gobekli’s technical architecture and engineering.

He holds a Master of Engineering from MIT and brings experience in verifiable credentials, Learning and Employment Records, and interoperable data systems. His work focuses on the foundations that allow people and organizations to exchange trustworthy information.

Beth Ardner

Beth Ardner

VP of Growth

Beth leads growth and relationship development, bringing experience in education technology, learning systems, sales, and alliances.

She helps connect Gobekli’s ideas with the challenges prospective collaborators face and shapes how we communicate, scope, and bring our work to market.

J Wolf

J Wolf

Product & Pythia Experience

J helps shape the experience of Pythia across TalentPass and TalentSync.

The work focuses on conversational quality, user feedback, product coherence, and how guided interaction can help people explain and use their experience.

What guides our decisions

People should benefit from the intelligence they contribute.

Participation should return meaningful value through understanding, recognition, development, support, or opportunity.

A person should have a reason to contribute beyond making someone else’s system more informed.

Experience needs both context and evidence.

People need room to explain their experience. Others need a trustworthy basis for interpreting it.

Self-description, issued records, observations, and AI inference should remain distinguishable and open to appropriate questioning.

Understanding should run in both directions.

Organizations need reliable information to pursue legitimate goals. People need to understand the expectations, decisions, and representations that affect them.

We aim to strengthen both forms of agency while keeping their boundaries visible.

Control requires practical choices.

Sharing, correction, portability, and usable exit arrangements matter.

People and organizations should be able to retain legitimate value from their participation without becoming permanently dependent on one provider.

AI should assist within accountable boundaries.

AI can help people explore, interpret, and connect information. Its conclusions should remain distinguishable from evidence, and consequential decisions should have identifiable human responsibility.

These principles guide an ongoing design effort. They are commitments to examine in practice, not claims that every challenge has already been resolved.

Where we are today

Gobekli is a bootstrapped company developing its products through founder-led building, consulting, and collaborative projects.

The founders are using AI-assisted development tools alongside technical design and testing to move the software forward. Recent priorities have included TalentPass interoperability and TalentSync Recruiter.

We are also developing workshops as a way to help organizations examine practical challenges, clarify requirements, and identify useful next steps. Engagements are scoped around the organization’s situation; software availability is considered separately.

We are early in bringing this work to market. Our availability page explains what can be used now, what is developing, and where collaboration may contribute.

The thinking behind Gobekli

Building the Best Possible Future

What kind of future are we building when intelligent systems increasingly interpret people and organize their opportunities?

Danny Done’s white paper develops the argument behind Gobekli’s Human Intelligence Layer proposal. It connects human agency, collective intelligence, evidence, institutional power, and shared governance with the architecture we are working to build.

The paper is an invitation to examine the reasoning, challenge its assumptions, and contribute to its development.

Help shape what comes next.

We welcome conversations with people and organizations working on learning, opportunity, workforce development, AI transformation, and trusted information exchange.

Bring a practical challenge, a research perspective, an integration question, or thoughtful criticism.

We can explore whether there is a useful next step together.
